Most everything was fine: spacious unit, well equipped kitchen, easy access. Our main problem was that when we checked in to our initial unit, the heating wasn't working. The VRBO host quickly responded to my communication but unfortunately said that there was no guarantee that the heating would be fixed in a timely manner. So we ended up needing to move to a different unit which took quite a bit of time and was fairly inconvenient. No offer was made for a price reduction. Additionally, the first floor unit we ended up staying in had bedrooms with blinds that let in lots of light so not great for sleeping.
